  • After working in corporate for a better half of the decade & slowly building up his skills in mental health & accredited industry qualifications in personal training, sports psychology; Nik is a registered practioner who has created a robust researched backed performance mindset program, helping individuals discover their true potential
     

  • He currently works with a few clubs in Melbourne, as a high performance coach, focusing solely on harnessing the mental side
     

  • He works extensively with the players & high-performance coaching staff, contributing to the positive culture, performance, resilience, and motivation of organization, club and /or team he works with
     

  • His work ranges from motivation, enhancing mindset, positivity, team bonding and a lot more, whilst also working with individuals 1:1
     

  • Aside from coaching within a team, he works with individuals from all sports 1:1 to help them perform at consistent level & best achieve the outcomes they are seeking.
     

  • As an amateur sports professional himself, he understands what is needed, therefore he delivers the message in a way that way that engages and resonates with the listener, the message stays and the listener is provided with tools and resources to initiate action to enhance their performance.
